Order Processing and Shipping Guidelines

TippyToad guarantees your order will arrive before the need by date entered on your order or your money back.

Estimated delivery dates are published on all product pages below the 'Add to cart' button. Estimated delivery dates are calculated as follows:

Expedited shipping options for faster delivery

  • Expedited - Delivered 2 to 3 business days after order is completed.

  • 2 Day - Delivered 2 business days after order is completed. (Quoted upon request)

  • 1 Day - Delivered 1 day after order is completed. (Quoted upon request)

Orders Requiring Customer Supplied Art

In the case of orders that required customer-supplied art files or logos, and additional 3 business days will be added to the total processing times currently published for art and graphics layout and proofing.

Printing will not begin until your proof is approved. Customer supplied art (for orders submitted with customer-provided art) also takes additional time to process. Please ensure you have enough time between order placement and your event date to receive your order on time.

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, during extremely busy season like graduations, weddings, and Christmas, popular products may temporarily run out of stock. Items that are out of stock and/or on backorder are identified on the website and will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email and phone.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship orders to P.O. (Post Office) boxes. Please provide a street address for us to ship the order to. If you do not provide a physical street address when placing your order, your order will be automatically place on HOLD.
In the event that an order does not include a shipping address with a valid physical street address, we will make three attempts to contact your by phone and three attempts to contact you by email. If we do not receive a response from the customer after three phone call and three email attemps, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund.

Can I ship to destinations outside the US?

We do not ship directly outside of the United States. Many of our customers opt to ship their orders to a friend or family member in the US, who will then forward on the package. If this is not an option for you, we recommend forwarding services like USA2Me.com or USAbox.com to ship orders anywhere in the world.

After setting up an account at your choice of mail forwarding service, you will be provided with a United States shipping address. You will then continue to our website to place your order.
