I want to use my own custom art when placing my order, how do I do this?
At tippytoad.com you can have any of our personalized cups, napkins, plates, bags, can coolers and other favors personalized with your own custom art or monogram file.

Please review and adhere to the following guidelines when placing your custom art order to ensure as quick a turnaround time as possible.
Custom art submitted that does not adhere to the guidelines below will delay the process as we will have to request you re-submit your custom art file.
How To Submit Your Custom Art File
1. Choose your product quantity, product color and imprint color.
2. Enter "I am emailng custom art" in the special instructions text box located at the end of personalization options on every product.
3. Place your order.
4. Reply to your order confirmation email received after order placement and attach your custom art file.
NOTE: You MUST follow the custom art guidines below your your custom art will be unusable.
Single Color Ink Print
1. Custom art must be submitted in black and white (no greyscale) in a high resolution image file format including AI, PDF or TIFF.
2. You will receive a proof of your custom art on the product you ordered within 3 business days of order placement.
3. A custom art setup and proofing fee of $50 will be charged to your account once your approve your proof
Full Color Digital Print
1. Custom art must be submitted in black and white (no greyscale) in a high resolution image file format including AI, PDF or TIFF.
2. You will receive a proof of your custom art on the product you ordered within 3 business days of order placement.
3. A custom art setup and proofing fee of $50 will be charged to your account once your approve your proof
4. There is a small additional per-piece charge for full color digitally printed products that will be calculated based upon the number of items ordered. This additional priced will be invoiced to you after your order is placed.
Custom Art Order Cancellations
If for some reason you decide to cancel your order after receiving your custom art proof, we will refund your order minus a $10.00 proof fee for costs incurred during the setup and proofing process.

I am going to place an order, when will I get it?
Personalized Items:
Currently, all personalized items are shipping in 4 to 5 business days of order placement. This 4 to 5 day processing time does not include shipping transit time.
For your convenience, all product pages, as well as the shopping cart and checkout page display Estimated Deivery Dates based upon the item processing time, delivery destination address and shipping method chosen.
Non-Personalized Items:

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been printed or processed, shipping transit time is 1 to 5 business days via standard ground shipping depending on your delivery destination address.
For your convenience, all product pages, as well as the shopping cart and checkout page display Estimated Deivery Dates based upon the item processing time + delivery destination address + shipping method chosen.

I waited until the last minute, can I get my order rushed?
Rush printing
We are currently offering the following RUSH print
services.
Rush printing does not start
until any proofs requested as a result of custom art have been approved by the customer.
To request RUSH printing, enter one of the rush shipping options below in the Special Instructions box on the item order page or on the checkout page when completing your order.
The Rush Shipping option you enter will be applied to your order and an invoice for the rush service fee will be invoiced to you via email.
***Custom art setup and proofing currently takes up to 3 business days.
***RUSH printing service does not begin until you approve your proof where applicable.
1 Day Rush Printing:Â

2 Day Rush Printing:Â
Order received by 12:00 Eastern Time ships 2 business days after order
placement - $48.00
3 Day Rush Printing:Â

Do you offer Guest Checkout?
Yes, we offer Guest Checkout when placing your order.
Due to the attention to custom order details and time-sensitive nature of our business, we do require a valid email address to be entered when placing your order, whether you are creating an account for future orders or checking out as a guest.
We also strongly encourage you enter a valid phone number so we can contact you should their be any questions or issues regarding your order.
Whether you decide to create an account or check out as a guest, rest assured we will NEVER share, sell or use your contact information for marketing and/or any other purposes.
If you so choose, during checkout, we will occasionally send you newsletters, promotions and product updates.

I entered the wrong shipping address when placeing my order, what do I do now?
If, after reviewing your order confirmation receipt, you realize the shipping address you entered or auto-filled is incorrect, simply reply to your order conformation email and let us know what change needs to be made to your shipping address. We'll take care of it for you. Alternatively, you can email us directly at orders@tippytoad.com. or give us a call at 800-605-3415 and someone will be happy to help you.

I placed my order and just realized I need to increase the quantity. Can I increase the quantity of my order?
We can increase the quantity of your order as long as your order has not already been printed or packaged for shipping.
If, after placing your order, you realized you need to increase the quantity of one or more of the items ordered, please email us at orders@tippytoad.com or give us a call at 800-605-3415 and one of our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to help you.
There is a problem with my order, what do I do now?
At Tippytoad we guarantee you will like your personalized favors, decorations and gifts.
If you are not 100% happy with your product due to print errors, damage or defects, will reprint and ship your order 100% free or can choose to have your order refunded. The choice is yours.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a reprint or redund.

How do I cancel my order?
Personalized Items:
Do to the non-reusable nature of custom printed products, any product that has already been personalized cannot be canceled or refunded.
If your order is not already in the process of being personalized you may cancel your order for a full refund minus any proofing or custom art fees.
If your order is already on the production floor and in line for printing and/or fulfilliment but has not yet shipped, your cancelled order will be refunded minus a $10.00 order cancellation fee.
Non-Personalized Items:
If your non-personalized order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
