RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

Tippytoad has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at orders@tippytoad.com or call us at 800-605-3415. Please include your original order number in the email subject line or have it ready if calling.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. Any issues or concerns regarding an order will not be addressed if we are not notified within 30 days of order receipt.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If a personalized item is incorrect or damaged, we will request a picture of the incorrect personalization or damage. We will reprint your order and ship at no additional charge to you. You may also choose to have your order cancelled and refunded to you once we have receive proof of the item print error or damage and you request not to have your order reprinted.

We do not accept returns on sale and/or closeout items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once your item return is received and inpected by Tippytoad, we will notify you via email that we received your return and your refund amount. All refunds are credited directly back to the payment method used when the order was placed. We will not mail you a check. Credits normally take 3 to 5 business days to post on your payment account.
