Refund & Returns Policy
Tippytoad provides a generous 30-day refund and returns policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@tippytoad.com or call us at 800-605-3415. Please include your original order number in the email subject line or have it ready if calling.
If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon recept for correct printing and to ensure all items are in good condition.
Contact us immediately via orders@tippytoad.com or call us at 800-605-3415 if any items are defective, damaged, misprinted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and either reprint your order or issue a refund.
Issues or concerns regarding the condition of a package, items or printing will not be addressed if we are not notified within 30 days of order receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If a personalized item is incorrect or damaged, we will request a picture of the incorrect personalization or damage. We will reprint your order and ship at no additional charge to you. You may also choose to have your order cancelled and refunded to you once we have receive proof of the item print error or damage and you request not to have your order reprinted.
We do not accept returns on sale and/or closeout items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Personalized Items:Â If in the case of product damage or incorrect spelling on any items ordered, Tippytoad reserves the right ot reprint and ship the order when their is sufficient time for the customer to receive their order in time for their event.
Orders will NOT be refunded if we are not notified of any issues or concerns regarding the condition of a package, items, or printing within 30 days of order receipt.
Non-personalized Items:Â Once your order return is received and inpected by Tippytoad, we will notify you via email that we received your return and your refund amount.
All refunds are credited directly back to the payment method used when the order was placed. We will not mail you a check. Credits normally take 3 to 5 business days to post on your payment account.
