Wedding Cocktail Napkins

Use 5 x 5 cocktail napkins for serving appetizers, Hors d'oeuvres and drinks during cocktail hour. We recommend two to three cocktail napkins per guest as most attendees will likely make multiple trips to the bar and snack bar during your reception. Cocktail (or beverage napkins) are also a good size for using when serving desserts.

Wedding Luncheon Napkins

Measuring 6 inches square, luncheon napkins a a bit larger than cocktail napkins are a a good size for serving sandwiches, appetizers and desserts. One to two napkins per guest is recommended for serving the aforementioned foods.

Wedding Dinner Napkins

Measuring 8 inches square, dinner napkins are typically used at the dinner tables when serving the main course to guests. Plan on ordering one and a half napkins per guest for dinner as some guests but not all may require an additional napkin during their meal.

Wedding Guest Towel Napkins

Guest towel napkins are the same size as dinner napkins when unfolded but are presented in a rectangular 4 inch wide by 8 inch long orientation. Guest towel napkins can be used for dinner napkins at the reception tables or as disposable hand towels for guests to dry their hands when visiting the reception hall restroom.
